Lastminute.com - it should be shut down

I have been so disgusted by a service like lastminute.com.au. They double charged our credit card eight thousand dollars, leaving us financially destitute for over a week.

When they refunded the money, after numerous phone calls, they refused to take any responsibility for what occured. The supervisor of the head office on York St was the most unhelpful person in that business. She was rude and lied to us about the money several times.

She refused to reimburse us, until finally after a staggering 42 phone calls; she told us to "f•ck off" and that she won't compensate us. I will never deal with Lastminute.com.au again. Never has booking a ticket caused my family so much trouble. They should be shut down. Adrian_Bruno, March 25, 2010
